Last week saw the launch of South East IP (Intellectual Property), a new collaboration between five of the South East’s leading research institutions. South East IP brings together the latest research from five partner institutions across the South East, making it available to business and investors in a single, easy-to-search format.
The project was backed by funding from the government’s UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO). Lightflows worked primarily with the University of Surrey to complete the branding and design work as well as the other institutions involved.
We were commissioned to develop the brand identity for South East IP, along with the their online presence. The new website, http://www.southeastip.co.uk is essentially two websites in one – with the primary marketing site running on the Drupal content management system and the research paper and IP database being served by Inteum’s technology publisher. Both sites were seemlessly integrated by Lightflows to create a flawless customer experience.
Lightflows Matt Hicks had the following to say “It’s been a pleasure to have worked on such a prestigious project and we are excited about the potential South East IP offers to investors and others searching for opportunities in innovations and new research. We are happy to have completed another succesful project with the team at the University of Surrey and are sure that South East IP will be a great success”.
